What the Process Looks Like:

  • Join us for a free 15 to 30 minute discovery call where we’ll discuss if this service is for you and learn about your business. If you decide to move forward, we’ll send you a contract and invoice for your deposit.

  • We’ll send you a questionnaire with everything we need to know about your business as well as a request for all the content we’ll need for your website (images, text, logo, colors, etc.). If you need help deciding on/creating any of those materials, let us know!

  • Before we begin designing your website, we’ll hop on one more call to finalize the details and clarify any questions (ours or yours).

  • Now we get to work on designing your website. We’ll add in all your text, images, and set you up for SEO success. Once we’re done, we’ll send you the test link and you’ll provide feedback for anything you want changed. Then, we’ll implement the changes and get ready to launch your site.

  • Once everything is ready, we’ll connect your domain to your site and boom — your site is live! We’ll then send you a video on how to manage and update your site and maintain and grow your SEO. We’ll also send you our guide with tips for growth!

  • Before we get started on your website you will need to provide your colors, your images, your website copy, and your logo. You will also need to fill out our questionnaire.

  • Yes, if you’re wanting to move your website from another platform like Wordpress, we can help you transfer your blog posts for an added fee. Reach out for a quote!

  • Yes, we provide comprehensive training as part of our web design service. Once your Squarespace website is complete, we'll send you a full training video to walk you through managing your site. We'll teach you how to update content, add new pages, manage blog posts, adjust styling elements, and handle basic maintenance tasks. We also include 3 months of free email support after delivery (although, we’ll be happy to help beyond that as well).

  • We try to keep it to a minimum since one of the benefits of Squarespace is that there is no need for code. Squarespace is designed to be a user-friendly platform that doesn't require coding knowledge. Most of your website's functionality, design elements, and features can be implemented using Squarespace's built-in tools and intuitive drag-and-drop interface.

    However, we might add some code for features like:

    • Specific styling adjustments that aren't available in the standard editor

    If we do use custom code, we:
